Birthday Giveaway!

Birthday Giveaway.png

March is my birthday month! So I thought I’d celebrate by giving… one free nutrition coaching session for a woman who loves travel!

I’ve mentioned before that I’m a dietitian (becoming one was on my List), and every once in a while I post something wellness related, but recently, I’ve been combining them more in my business, and didn’t want you all to miss out!

I love helping people reach their goals and live the life they dream of. It killed me inside when I saw people in the hospital (where I used to work) having to give up their dreams because of something that would’ve been preventable. I want all of you to achieve a level of wellness that allows you to pursue your goals.

So here’s how it works…

🎈 Nutrition for Travel Coaching Session Birthday Giveaway 🎈

On March 15, 2018, at 10 AM Pacific time, I’ll use a random number generator to pick someone from the Confident Nutrition Travels! email list.

That person will get one free 45 minute nutrition coaching session, via video chat, where we’ll discuss their wellness and travel goals, lifestyle, and work together to create an action plan to help move to those goals.

And everyone who signs up will get first access to the nutrition coaching program I’m creating… and I’ll also send you inspiring wellness and travel info every week.

➡️ Sign up for the list and your chance to win! ⬅️

I’m super excited about this! Be sure to sign up before March 15, 2018, at 10 AM Pacific time!

Birthday Giveaway!

4 Steps to Accomplishing Your Goals – Adam Luff’s Story: “Have Friends on Similar Paths”

goal-achievement-series

This is part of the 4 Steps to Accomplishing Your Goals series, a walk-through of the process I use to accomplish many things throughout the year. I’m also highlighting stories from people who’ve accomplished big goals in their life or business.

Today, Adam Luff, a freelance screenwriter from the UK, gives us an update on his life since his earlier interview. In the last five years, he’s built up film credits in writing, directing, producing, and editing, and in 2016 really focused on getting into the film world. Adam shares his reflections on this goal, tells us his key to success, and lets us in on his direction for the year ahead.

Check out the posts in the series to read more about clarifying your goal or celebrating success, and be sure to leave a comment about your experience.

The four steps each also have worksheets that help you walk through this process. If you want them, be sure to answer Yes!! on that section on the Insiders signup form (if you’re already signed up, you can update your profile by giving the same email you used before).

4 Steps to Accomplishing Your Goals – Step 4: Reflect and Celebrate

goal-achievement-series

This is the final step of the 4 Steps to Accomplishing Your Goals series, a walk-through of the process I use to accomplish many things throughout the year. I’m also highlighting stories from people who’ve accomplished big goals in their life or business.

Today is Step 4: Reflect and Celebrate. We’ll go over some questions to help you learn from your experience and sustain any lasting changes you’ve made. You’ll also celebrate and create a memory of this accomplishment to inspire future success.

If you haven’t read them already, I recommend catching up on Step 1: Assess and Clarify, Step 2: Plan and Take Action, and Step 3: Break Barriers and Collect Small Success before continuing on to this final step.

Keep reading to learn more about Step 4, and then leave a comment with the story of one of your recent successes.

The four steps each also have worksheets that help you walk through this process. If you want them, be sure to answer Yes!! on that section on the Insiders signup form (if you’re already signed up, you can update your profile by using the same email you used before).
